The story of KINESTONE is rooted in the legacy of the late Eng. Abdel Khalek Ayad, a visionary leader and pioneer in Egypt’s Oil & Gas and Logistics sectors. After decades of leadership in multi-national and government institutions culminating with his role as Executive Chairman of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation, he founded CORNERSTONE for Business Development in 2001. The firm quickly became known for delivering landmark projects with the private sector in Egypt, shaping the prevailing industry landscape.
In parallel with their careers in oil and gas multinationals, Heba Ayad and Mohamed Ayad were actively involved in the business as non-executive board members. This involvement developed their passion for innovation, and project development in the Energy business.
Following Eng. Ayad’s passing, Heba and Mohamed chose to honor his legacy by evolving the company into KINESTONE, to build on his success and their industry experience to grow this unique family venture. Under their leadership and their commitment to progress and growth, KINESTONE has expanded beyond its original scope, scaling up its activities to cover the entire MEA region and diversify into new business such as renewables and trade.
Today, KINESTONE continues to lead strategic projects through it equity position in GOGAS, growing its role as a key industry player in MEA.
